The Need

Team formation for a High Performance, Results Oriented team has always been a challenge. The forming-storming-norming-performing model proposed by Bruce Tuckman has been the holy grail that everyone refers to. And yet, the knowledge of this model alone does not guarantee that the team being formed will truly reach the "Performing" stage.
